Its not a bad read, quite heavy going and more of a factual account of events involving UKSF since the early 90's.
Jennings has also written a book of his time in the French Foreign Legion, called A Mouthful Of Rocks. This is a great book and shows the brutality of legion training in the earlie 80's. A hard to put down book.
