Dear oh dear.

For someone wanting to join Royal you really shouldn't be asking what to prepare for at interview. This should be an individual effort, as it is YOU they want to get to know, not someone elses words.

Remember Prior Preparation and Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance .

Most interviews cover topics such as Education, Personal life, Family life and most importanly Royal Marine knowledge and knowledge of role.

I recommend you consider why do you want to join without sounding cliched.
Also probably wouldn't do you any harm to brush up on;

- How long is the training?
- Name 2 exercises which are undertaken during training?
- How many commando tests are there?
- Name the commando tests and how long do you have to complete them?
- Whats the main ship used by the Royal Marines
- What year was the Royal Marines formed?
- There are 3 commando units, what are they called and were are they based?
-Recent operations carried out by the Royal Marines
-How will you prep for training
