Regarding military clothing

Post by Marber1978 »

During a service in last couple of years I have got quite a large amount of military clothing.
So I am wondering if it is legal to sell it on eBay or in another source.
Any comments are highly appreciated.
Thanks

When I left every thing had to be handed in or they deducted from money owed to you, so if they did not want it back then you may clear to get rid of it, but remember you signed for all that stuff and some people have very long memories.

The kit you were issued and signed for is supposed to go back. Especially now you as you have to give back your 95's in exchange for the new pattern. Regarding the stuff you collected your free to sell it!

You'll be fine to get rid of it mate! I kept loads of stuff when I left, my CQMS was pissed, but I just told him that I lost it :-P he billed me for it and I managed to haggle! I said that it wasn't worth as much because it was used :-D he told me that I was a cheeky bastard and shaved 50% off my bill and told me to have a nice life ;-)

most items are not on the army's hot list, so as long as its not the current clothing or could be sensitive you should be ok to sell it on now.

hope that helps

There are many options to sell clothes online. When I left from a governmental post, last month, I sold my clothes through my blog and some through eBay., So I think it is good options if you follow.
