So i have my Junior entry selection for AFC soon as a JPARA at the minute my fitness is
1 1/2 mile PB : 9:40
Push ups 50+ 2 minutes
Sit ups 65ish+ 2 minutes
Considering this is for AFC where you are considered to progress to the neccersery level of fitness throughout AFC is this good enough i still have 3 months where i am doing this every day and gradually getting better.
