Long story short i had ankle problems which turned out to be tight tendons and very bad flexibility, been stretching alot and doing yoga ect to improve this, now my ankle is fixed ive got adsc in 2 weeks in which ive had to up my cardio running 1.5 in around 8.45 regularly
knees have started to ache about 4 hours after cardio :s im 99% sure this isnt patellar tendonitis ect because the symptoms are all wrong. anyone else had any experience and think this might just be strain due to increase?
thanks in advance.

Hot bath, as hot as you can handle and loads of radox. Take 2 Ibobrufen and get some tubagrip!
If your that concerned go to your doctor.
You will get aches and strains, make sure you Warm up and Cool down properly. If you warm up and cool down for 10 Mins each extend it to 15 Mins each.
If problems continue, Go and see your doctor.
