Potential Officer Coaching and Development

Good Afternoon,
I'm posting as a new member to the board - today I handed in my ID card after a fantastic 11 years in the Royal Navy, where I served as a pilot in the Fleet Air Arm and most recently, in recruiting.
I'm now starting http://www.milprep.co.uk, where I aim to help potential future officers develop themselves so that they can give their absolute best at their interviews, POC and the AIB.
