HELP FOR HEROES WRISTBANDS

Post by Artist »

Me Owd Dears friend has a friend who's son is a member of 40CDORM.

She's selling these rubber wristbands with the "Help For Heroes" logo and website address inscribed on them www.helpforheroes.org.uk I paid £2 for mine and have asked her to get me a 100 so I can flog them on my Market Stall alongside the Dartmoor Yomp stuff I also have on my stall.

Sorry about the photo quality of the wristband but my Cameras Batts have just died a death so could not get a better photo. Anyway, saying that they are Navy Blue, Red and Crabfat Grey in Colour (suggested a wee drop of Cdo Green could have been applied an all). Tried to find out more info on them via the Heroes website but to no avail.

As far as I am concerned the more money made for Headly Court and the other places that cater for wounded ex servicemen and women the better!

Please don't ask me for the Yomp details ladies and gentlemen over an open forum.

I've had one for quite a while now. I work in an off-licence and loads of people have asked me what the wristband is for, so, enthusiastically I explain and loads of people have been in my shop with them on.

You're absolutely right. The military should be in solidarity and not create discord between them.
