Yeah 100% sure as i was there a few days ago, he asked what im running it at and its a shocking 13mins :( Lol He said i definetly need to get it down to 10 and half.

There are different levels depending on what your going in for but he said through basic you will be running with everyone else and ...

At AFCO iv been told 10 and half mins!!

And i think the conditions you do it on depends on wether, i know people who have done it on both treadmil and outside!
