hi mate dont worry bout it, i damaged my knee ligaments in run up to RTS. Im now back running etc and havent told the afco the extent of it. ya need to get bk upa fter your injury and work towards your goal of getting into the Royal Air Force.

skidloaf i think its the peak flow things you breathe into. you take a deep lungful of air then breath out as fast as you cn into a peak flow thingy.

lad who was in the afco with me had the same and had to do a peak flow chart for a month before coming back and being cleared

when i went for my AMM interview they asked me how i thought about shooting someone, so i just said:

im not joining the raf thinking i wont ever have to kill anyone but im also hoping that ill never be put in that position but if i was then id do what i had to do.

Im doing AMM (AV) and ill be heading to cosford for 5 months after basic.
