If you look on the Regiments page that you are joining, it should list career options and prospects, etc.

The job is Forward Air Controller and these are then assigned to a TACP. I believe the Army units that recruit Forward Air Controllers for TACPs are the Royal Artillery, Royal Armoured Corps, Royal Signals, possibly a few others?
