Pretty sure 15 years and 9 months is when they can start the application process, they cant start rt until after there 16th birthday or be deployed operationally until after there 18th.

Im sure someone will be along to correct me if im wrong :)

Bought it just before xmas, its full of great information and a decent looking programme.

Injured at the minute but looking forward to getting stuck into it soon, definately the one of the better books of its type in my opinion mate.

Plantar Fasciitis anyone?

Did a pretty intense interval session two weeks ago, day after i got a dull ache in the heel of my foot, from reading on here and other places it sounds like planta fasciitis, does anyone know how long it lasts and can i run with it? havent run for two weeks and its doing my head in. Not sure about PROAC mate but on PGAC it was just jump in, swim around the edge of the pool an then tread water for a minute. Pretty sure everyone on mine passed it.

Got my PGAC ina few weeks mate, from what i gather its 1.5 miles with the PTI's at a steady pace (i heard it was in 12 mins but may be wrong), then a 10 second break followed by 1.5 best effort to be completed in under 10.30. Hope this helps.

Just to add to what parapreps said. - Makes sure you have the correct running shoes for your feet. - Make sure your warming up and stretching properly. - Stretch your calfs, hamstrings and quads two or three times a day.
