Pretty sure 15 years and 9 months is when they can start the application process, they cant start rt until after there 16th birthday or be deployed operationally until after there 18th.

Plantar Fasciitis anyone?
Did a pretty intense interval session two weeks ago, day after i got a dull ache in the heel of my foot, from reading on here and other places it sounds like planta fasciitis, does anyone know how long it lasts and can i run with it? havent run for two weeks and its doing my head in. Just to add to what parapreps said. - Makes sure you have the correct running shoes for your feet. - Make sure your warming up and stretching properly. - Stretch your calfs, hamstrings and quads two or three times a day.
