yea ill have to second what artist said, i knew guys including my self that had it quite bad, Plus lads get all sorts of infections from gorse bush and stuff like that so i think you should get a second opinion.

i think that 3 miler will help a lot, when i did my prmc we lost half the group on it, and it wasn't even fast, i did my pjft in just under 830 and im usually the handbrake when we do troop runs at unit, so if you're just scraping the bottom of the barrel then i think you should reconsider before yo...

yea ill second what james said there, if you failed it then you need to go back to the basics and simply improve your running, if you struggle to pass a 3 miler how to expect to keep up in all the physical activity... just check out the marine website, and compare notes, you'll see the difference, you'll hear different arguements from everyone about whos the best and all that crap...but your head has to be in the right place to go for it, so its your choice mate.
