Good Practice for Bottom Field & Gym Test 2

I got this training sheet from my AFCO. It wasn't an offical sheet but just one the CPO gave me! It really helped me in preparation for Bottom field and Gym test 2 so give it a try! First do a steady run for 1.5-3 miles. Then PYRAMIDS. Mark out a course 1 x Start line, 5 metre line, 10 metre line &a...

A guy on our PRMC wrapped on Bottom field and said he had slipped a disc (which is apparantley very hard to diagnose by a doctor/physio anyway) and on leaving he asked for another a...

800 Marines being sent to Iraq

Apparently going to be on the front page of the Sun on Thursday (watched Newsnight).

I know it's in the Sun so chances are it's not true but i have heard rumours also that 42 might be going?

Anybody got any information (Mirror/Sun journalists need not reply).

I think you do learn a lot of history etc when you are down there, i saw loads of posters on the wall when we had a look at foundation block. But i suppose it is good to le...

Which one did you go for Rambo?

Plus i think i've found the site you tried to direct me to

http://www.discount-watches.co.uk

as the other site (without the - ) wasn't so cheap!
