Laptops

One of my mates asked me if on basic training, are you allowed a laptop? Maybe to help with your lessons and paperwork? I'm guessing at no, but I haven't a clue, so I wondered if any of you guys might be able to say? Cheers fellas. :D

Royal Marines PTI Sgt Paul "Dixie" Dean holds (or held, not dure if he's been beaten yet) the world record for press-ups at 116 in a minute. Glad that's not a PRMC requirement!!!! :o

Honestly mate it is not that hard. I left school early, and have no qualifications, and maths sends me into a cold sweat, and I passed. My only advice is wear a suit! Me and three other guys took the test together, and the only one who failed wasn't wearing a suit. He was also really gobby in front ...

I did my official PJFT in 9:38, which I was pretty dissapointed in, but I did have a cold and couldn't breath properly :x A few weeks before hand and I was doing it in around 9:00-9:10. Like the others say if you set it to 16kph, you'll breeze it. Any way, I got my PRMC on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of se...

I've got my PJFT tomorrow afternoon, and I have a bloody cold! I'm pretty certain I can do it ok anyway, it's just that my lungs are bollocksed. A couple of weeks ago, I was doing the 1.5 in anywhere from 8:55 and 9:10, now I can manage about 9:40- 10 mins. Oh well, I guess a pass is a pass :( . Wis...
